1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sweet relish
1/4 c. sugar, or more to taste
1 T. onion powder
2 tsp. celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper

1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and let potatoes cool.Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
2. Peel eggs and dice, then add them to the potatoes.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise and all remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over the potato mixture and gently stir to combine.
