Sugar Cookie Fruity Pizza Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 lb. sugar cookie dough

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 14 oz can sweeten condensed milk

  • 2 c. milk

  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes French vanilla instant pudding mix

  • 8 oz. cool whip, thawed

  • 1-pint fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1/2-pint blueberries

*Use any of your favorite fruits for toppings


Let's Get Started!

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray a 15–inch pizza pan or 15x11 baking sheet with cooking spray.

 

2. Spread the sugar cookie dough evenly in the pan leaving one inch from the edges.Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly brown.Allow to cool completely

 

3. In a medium bowl use a hand mixer and cream together the cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Slowly pour in the milk and mix well.

4. Add in both boxes of pudding mix and blend for 2 minutes until the mixture is thick and smooth.  Fold in the Cool Whip until combined.

Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the pudding is firm.

 

5. Spread the pudding mixture across the sugar cookie crust. Layer and spread the fruit across the crust as desired.


Jazz It Up!

  • Add a drizzle of chocolate or caramel sauce over the fruit

  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts for a crunchy topping

  • Top with a dusting of powdered sugar or a dollop of whipped cream
