Jazz It Up!

If you want to take Puddies Corn Pudding to the next level, here are some creative ideas for you to try:

Jazzed Up Batter:

  • Nuts: mix in a handful of chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts for added texture & flavor

  • Make It Zesty: grate a little orange or lemon zest into the batter for a hint of citrus

  • Spice Infusion: experiment with additional spices like cardamom or ginger

  • Chocolate Swirl: swirl in chocolate chips for a decadently sweet twist

Garnishes:

  • Caramel Drizzle: drizzle the top with a caramel sauce for an indulgent touch

  • Coconut Bliss: sprinkle shredded coconut on top before baking for a tropical flair & subtle crunch

Save Some for Later

  • Allow to cool to room temperature, transfer to an airtight container, then store in the fridge for up to 3 days

Reheating:

  • Oven: preheat oven to 350F. Cover the dish with aluminum foil to avoid browning & bake for 15-20 mins

  • Microwave: great for reheating individual servings

Tips for Reheating:

  • Add Moisture: if the corn pudding seems a bit dry after refrigeration, sprinkle a little milk or cream over the top

  • Check Doneness: insert a knife into the center, and if it comes out warm, the pudding is ready
