Cinnamon Apple Recipe

Ingredients
6 c. apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. brown sugar
1 T. corn starch
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
2 T. sour cream
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. butter, sliced thin
Let's Get Started!
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, and grease an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray
Step 2: Add the sliced apples to a bowl
Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Step 4: Add the sugar mixture, sour cream, and lemon juice to the apples, then mix well.
Step 5: Pour the apple mixture into the greased baking dish and top with the sliced butter.
Step 6: Bake the apples at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until the apples are tender and bubbling. Stir the apples halfway through the cooking process.
