Jazzed Up Berry Smoothie

If you're not a morning person and dislike cooking, then this jazzed up strawberry banana smoothie recipe is to for you! Go ahead and give it a try. I guarantee you are going to love this smoothie!

Why You'll Love this Smoothie

  • Nothing's more portable than a smoothie: pour in your favorite cup and you're ready to go!

  • The best part about homemade smoothies is that you can have fun and tailor it to your taste, diet, and what's already in your fridge.

  • They are full of health benefits and a quick way to get lots of nutrient easily

Jazzed Up Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 1| Prep Time: 5 mins

(It doesn't get faster than this!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. frozen fruit (I like strawberries and bananas)

  • 1 c. water

  • ¼ c. yogurt

  • 1 packet of sweetener

  • 2 T. sugar-free vanilla pudding

Let's Get Started

Step 1: In a blender, combine fruit, liquid, yogurt, sweetener, and sugar-free pudding.

Step 2: Add small amounts of liquid while blending until it looks creamy, and the desired consistency is reached.

Step 3: Pour into your favorite glass, add a straw, and enjoy.

Jazz It Up!

  • Add in whatever you like: fresh fruit, fruit juice, almond milk, nuts or nut butter, protein powder or drink, kale, or spinach.

  • If you're feeling fancy, top with whipped cream & fresh berries

Smoothie Meal-Prep Storage

Make this meal-even faster by storing your extras in the freezer!

  • Freeze for up to 3 months in a plastic container. Let thaw in the fridge for about an hour, then you're ready to go.

  • Smoothie cubes! Freeze in a silicon ice cube tray. When you're ready, just pop them out & remix in the blender with some milk.
