Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries, diced

  • 1-pint fresh blueberries, cut in half

  • 2 apples, peeled/diced

  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

  • 2 T. honey

  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

  • cinnamon chips, (store brand will work)


Let's Get Started!

1. Place strawberries, blue berries and apples in a medium bowl.In a small bowl, stir and combine the lemon juice, honey and vanilla.Pour over the fruit and gently stir to coat.

 

2. Cover and chill for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
