Egg Stuff Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Serves 6 | Prep Time: 20 mins | Bake Time: 30 mins


Ingredients:

  • 3 slices bread w/o crust (optional)

  • butter

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage

  • 2 cups grated cheese

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 pt. half and half cream

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Let's Get Started!

Step 1: Lightly butter bread on both sides. Place bread in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.

Step 2: Over medium heat, brown and drain sausage. Put it on top of the bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 3: Combine eggs, half and half cream, dry mustard, and salt. Beat well. Pour into pan over bread and sausage.

Step 4: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!


Jazz it Up!

Customize by replacing the bread with 4 cups of prepared shredded hash browns on the bottom of the pan. Adapt the add-ins according to what you like, any chopped meat, cheese, or veggies will work. Adding in bacon is delicious
