Cranberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Prep Time:  5 mins.  Servings:  4 to 6


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. dried cranberries

  • 1/3 c. mild olive oil

  • 3 T. red wine vinegar

  • 1 T. lemon juice

  • 1 T. Dijon mustard

  • 2 tsp. sea salt

  • 2 T. sugar or honey, to taste


Let's Get Started!

  1. Blend all ingredients together until the color is a vibrant pink and smooth. A little texture in the liquid is fine, also make sure to taste it and make sugar or salt adjustments according to your taste preferences. Add a little water if you prefer a thinner dressing.

  2. Pour dressing into a bottle or jar and refrigerate.  Shake before dressing your salad.
