Chocolate Chip Blondies Bars Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 c. brown sugar, packed

  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1-1/2 c. all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips


Let's Get Started!

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla until blended.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt, add it to the brown sugar mixture. Stir in the chips.

3. Spread the mixture into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick in the center comes out clean, about 18-20 minutes. Let bars cool, then cut and serve.
