Ingredients:
Cheese Spread:
8oz block cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1 c. bacon, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. garlic powder
3/4 c. pepper jelly
Topping
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/3 c. bacon crumbles
Let's Get Started!
Fully line the inside of a Bundt pan with plastic wrap. Ensure that the plastic wrap hangs over the outside edges of the pan.
For the cheese spread: In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, shredded cheeses, green onion, bacon, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
For the topping: Sprinkle the pecans, bacon, and green onion in the bottom of the lined Bundt pan. Gently spoon cheese spread into the pan over the toppings and press down to evenly cover. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
How to Serve
Peel off the plastic wrap then invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter. Lift off the pan and remove the plastic liner. Spoon pepper jelly into the center of the cheese ring. Serve with crackers or pretzels.
