Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Salt/pepper to taste

2 1/2 c. cold water
2 pounds russet potatoes, washed, peeled, sliced into 1/4-inch fries
4 c. peanut oil or canola oil for frying
